Return by post
Current situation with Canada Post.
You will be able to return your package to Canada Post once the strike is over. If you prefer to avoid any delay, we encourage you to make your return in-store.
Detailed Instructions:
Click HERE or on the profile icon in the store's navigation to access your account and request a return.
1. Log in to your account HERE.
1. In the Email field, enter your email address and click Continue.
2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
3. Go back to the online store and enter the six-digit verification code.
2. Click on the order for which you want to submit the return.
3. If your order contains multiple items, select the items you want to return.
4. Choose a return reason and add a note for the store.
5. Click Request a return.
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you will receive a refund.
