SHIPPING FEES:

In Canada, we offer free shipping on all orders over $100 before taxes. For orders under $100, a shipping fee of $9.95 applies. There are no shipping fees for orders shipped to stores.

In the United States, all orders shipped within the US will incur a flat rate shipping fee of $25 CAD.

ORDER CONFIRMATION:

When your order is complete, you will receive an email confirmation. Please note that sometimes this email goes to your spam box. If you can't find this email, contact us via the following address:servicealaclientele@ernest.ca

DELIVERY TIME:

Your package will be delivered to you within 2 to 10 business days. But 90% of our orders are delivered within 5 days. 

Please note that this timeframe also applies to orders delivered to stores.

We are pleased to inform you that, despite the ongoing Canada Post strike, we are committed to delivering your orders as quickly as possible.
