ORDER & SHIPPING
Our orders are shipped within 2 to 10 business days. But 90% of our orders are delivered within 5 days. This delivery time also applies to orders to pick up in-stores .
Once an order is submitted it cannot be modified. If you find a mistake in your order you can request us to cancel it right away and you can place a new one. Be aware that we can't cancel an order once it's shipped.
Please allow up to 3 business days from your order's delivery date before contacting us for an investigation. You may also contact the carrier to investigate further.
No. All shipping costs, including returns costs (if applied) are non-refundable.
EXCHANGES & RETURNS
Once Ernest receives your package, it takes up to 3 weeks for a return to be processed. Returns in-store are refunded immediately.
PROMOTIONS & GIFT CARDS
At Ernest, we strive to offer our customers the best deals and promotions both online and in-store. Unless otherwise stated, all offers and promotions available on our website or in-store are the same. Customers can enjoy the same discounts, deals and special offers regardless of their preferred shopping method. However, in some cases, certain offers may only be valid online or in-store and will be clearly indicated on the offer. We kindly ask our customers to pay attention to the details of the offer to ensure they are taking advantage of the promotion that suits them best.
Ernest.ca offers a one time only price adjustment on items purchased ONLINE at REGULAR price within 14 days of order date. Please include a note indicating the item and its new price. The price adjustment is conditioned to stock availability of the item (same size, colour, etc).From time to time we may run promotions where a price adjustment will not be available. If a price adjustment is not available on any given promotion we will state that fact on Ernest.ca. Send us your invoice or order number no later than 14 days of invoice to: customerservice@ernest.ca - Subject: Price Adjustments. We will answer your claim by email as soon as it is processed. Early Black Friday* sales, *Black Friday* and *Boxing Day* sales are not eligible for price adjustment.
