Born in Montreal in 2001, Nathan Légaré is a professional field hockey player now a member of the Pittsburgh Penguins organization. Nathan Légaré: a local star

Like just about every kid who plays field hockey, young Nathan dreamed of making the NHL. However, it was when he was at the Bantam level, around the age of 14, that he began to think that he might have a real chance to break through. He continued to work hard, supported by his parents. According to him, if he is where he is today, it is because of them!

Having had an impressive career (225 points in 224 games) in the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League (QMJHL), Nathan was a third round pick of the Pittsburgh organization in 2019. He then moved on to the American Hockey League (AHL), where he honed his style of play before joining the world's most prestigious field hockey league.

At this point, there are many indications that the 2022-2023 season will be the year that this prolific right winger's talent is confirmed. If you are a field hockey fan, stay tuned!
